En este documento se recogen una serie de propuestas para la política exterior española en su relación con China en el marco de la Unión Europea. Articuladas en nueve aparatados temáticos, las recomendaciones tienen como objetivo ofrecer una radiografía del estado de las relaciones hispano-china. Se identifican sus debilidades, fortalezas y oportunidades con el fin de contribuir al fortalecimiento de las mismas, especialmente desde una dimensión económica y comercial. Las propuestas trascienden el mero intercambio bilateral para contemplar también las posibilidades de colaboración en terceros mercados, la repercusión del nuevo mecanismo europeo de control de inversiones extranjeras o la trascendencia a nivel global del Banco Asiático de Inversiones en Infraestructuras, entre otras. This document provides a set of proposals for the future of the Spanish-Chinese bilateral relations within the framework of the European Union. The recommendations, built around nine thematic axes, aim at providing an in-depth look at them. Weaknesses, strengths and opportunities are identified to further enhance this relations, in particular from a commercial and economic perspective. Proposals exceed the bilateral exchange to include among others the opportunities for collaboration in third country markets, the impact of the new EU framework for the screening of foreign direct investments as well as the importance at global level of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
